Actually, paraphrased in the Winnipeg Free Press is more like it. But it all counts the same in the end I suppose.
The impetus for the story was a seminar being hosted by a pair of Phoenix-area real estate agents up in Winnipeg. It’s free so the price is right.
Of course, we’ve been having our own seminar of sorts regarding Canadians buying homes here in the United States on and off for the last four months. If you missed it here, you can catch the Cliff notes on blogs in Saskatoon, Edmonton and Vancouver.
The question is what level the Canadian dollar needs to fall to before our friends north of the border begin losing interest. I think we’re a ways away from it but it’s worth watching.
