Forget Inman - The B List is the Place to Be
Posted on October 4th, 2007 by Jonathan Dalton
Inman News posted its list of the 25 most influential real estate bloggers the other day and Jay Thompson followed with his list of #26 - 50. Personally, I think I’d rather be in company with the second set.
Jay’s own should be in the list but he was avoiding self-promotion, but you have to consider him in that group.
He’s also dead on with two additions Inman should be ashamed of missing - Curbed (which since has spawned Curbed SF and Curbed LA) and Housing Doom. My guess is Housing Panic was selected because of the higher readership and commenting but it’s such a free-for-all of anonymous caca de toro that it’s virtually impossible to take seriously.
Housing Doom aims to help, whether you agree or not. Housing Panic aims to taunt.
