Daylight Savings and the Carnival of Real Estate

avatar.jpgThe Renaissance Festival ended this weekend and my family missed it. One reason was the location – in Apache Junction, a feature-length movie in the Town & Country away from home. A second reason was a surge in scheduled activities every weekend the Festival was running. And the third was the time’s ability to sneak up on me.

On a similar note, I also missed this week’s Carnival of Real Estate at NY Houses 4 Sale. I tend to procrastinate prioritize based on due dates and the CoRE always seems to enter my consciousness on Sunday morning. Except with the time change, and Arizona’s stance that Daylight Savings is overrated, entries are due an hour earlier than usual and also an hour earlier than I generally remember.

Maybe I’ll enter now for next week just to make sure I don’t miss the fun.

This week’s top post was Trulia’s video interview with Barbara Corcoran. Among the best thoughts in the interview, not taking rejection personally.
