But are they going to stop in the West Valley? Of course not. So I’ll get another stamp on my passport as I venture to Tempe’s Depot Cantina tonight to visit Rudy and Joe from sellsius, along with whomever else from the real estate blogging world makes an appearance.
There’s free food, so clearly Jay will be making an appearance. I’m also expecting to see Christoph, though if he orders another light American beer I’m going to ask to see a birth certificate to verify his Austrian origins.

Ha. 2 hours there, 2 hours back — when’s a gal supposed to get any work done around here?
There’s cell service almost the entire trip. And we’re absolutely worth it. If nothing else, come for the free food blocks from the campus of the state’s best university.
LaMigra had it locked up at their vaults at Central Avenue. Luckily there was Dos Equis so I could pass this time. It was good seeing you again!
