Scottsdale Condos Courting Canadian Second-Home Buyers

Received an e-mail this morning from the Allison Condominiums in North Scottsdale. Everyone I talk to asks about Scottsdale and I patiently explain that city is home to some of the most expensive real estate in the Valley.
So when I saw an e-mail flyer for condos priced from $160,000 to $270,000 for one- to two-bedroom units … still a little more expensive than what you can find elsewhere in the Valley but with some of the upgrades included and amenities that match much of what many of my Canadian buyers have been seeking, it’s worth a mention.
