9920 – Gated Condos Near Westgate City Center

For those looking for 3-bedroom condos with attached garages in the Phoenix real estate market, the search also can be frustrating. But there are options, including the 9920 Condominiums just to the southwest of the Westgate City Center.
9920 features floor plans ranging from 1-bedroom, 1-bath studios (think lofts, minus the exposed duct worth and the someehat higher price) to 3-bedroom, 2-bath units spread across nearly 1,500 square feet. And in all cases, the garage is attached.
Upgrades come in full packages … some of the units have stainless steel kitchens and granite countertops, others have wood floors or upgraded Berber carpets. And all units have 10-foot ceilings inside and patios or balconies on which to relax.
Amenities? How about a heated pool and spa, picnic areas, ramadas and barbecues, a dog park, a beach volleyball court and a fitness center inside the clubhouse.
Location? Just a mile west of Loop 101 and less than two miles to the Westgate City Center. In addition to Jobing.Com Arena and University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Phoenix Coyotes, Arizona Cardinals and the Fiesta Bowl, Westgate has a Margaritaville Cafe, Fox Sports Grill, a 20-screen movie theater and dozens of shops and restaurants.
Oh, and also the dancing fountains …

Even though this place is in an ok location and the neighbors are quiet and friendly, the management isn’t. The management make this place a terrible place to live. They lie, don’t fix things when you ask them, and are lazy. They think that they run some snobby expensive condo place in Scottsdale. Seriously consider some other condo.

When I first discussed these condos they were for sale, so there was no management company in place.
