One Final Thought on Real Estate Marketing

Some time ago, I heard one of those real estate marketing gurus explaining to a brand new agent what they can do to sell themselves to a potential seller. “What you can offer is the total access plan,” he said. “You’ll be available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because quite frankly you have nothing else to do.”
So when you read that a listing agent will be checking your house every other day and will hold your house open every single weekend until it sends … don’t you have to ask, how is it possible that they’re available that often?
