Friday Afternoon Theme Music – January 16

A couple of weeks back I mentioned a trip to see “Abba Fab” at the Skye Restaurant in Peoria – here’s a video from the performance. (The video’s fairly mediocre; Chelsea Faulds’ voice is anything but.)
Faulds, singing here, was discovered during “Skye Idol” over the summer. The other female singer, Anne Davies, co-owns the restaurant with her husband, who’s playing the keyboard and is responsible for the idea.
As was announced the evening on the show, NBC is putting together some sort of ABBA tribute show and “Abba Fab” will be part of the proceedings.
This show’s scheduled now and again at Skye and absolutely is worth the trip. Unless, you know, you don’t want to admit publicly to knowing the lyrics. And you do know them.
