Great use of the Diverse Solutions widgets to promote bank owned homes in Phoenix! I just found your blog for the first time. It looks like a great resource for people out there! I was suprised to see some similarities with mine too– I use Diverse Solutions too and have a bunch of their widgets all over for various posts.
Although, I usually concentrate my efforts on Denver luxury homes and those awesome properties West of Denver in the Mountains– the foreclosure market is making an impact even at the higher levels. I am in the middle of negotiating a deal on an REO home that is a fully custom deluxe amazing home! It’s a great opportunity for my Buyer for sure.
