A New Approach for Phoenix Single Property Real Estate Websites

avatarthumbnail.jpgFor the past couple of years, all of my listings have received a single property page with photos and other information. This always has been one page of this website and it seemed to fit the bill as far as the search engines and visitors to this site was concerned.

But I wasn’t really thrilled with the result. I’d decided a while back to change the approach and only needed the right listing to put together a separate website dedicated to just one home. It’s not necessarily a novel idea but it’s a different direction for the dog and me.

The result of the effort is 20008N94thAvenue.com, the website for my listing at 20008 N. 94th Avenue in Westbrook Village. If the formatting looks familiar it should – I’m using the same design for that site as I am for all but two of my others (and those will be converted once the current group of buyers in town departs for the Great White North.)

Putting together the information on Westbrook Village was easy since it already has been done for my dedicated Westbrook Village website. After that, it was a matter of adding the information for the home itself, sizing the photographs, etc.

Of course, I’m writing this to get people looking at the site while I wait for it to populate on Google but I’m also looking for some feedback. What else might you want to see on the site? (Don’t say school information, though, as it’s a retirement property.)

I’m open to your suggestions …

And with that, it’s off to the far East Valley to show eight homes.

    Good Morning Jonathan

Nice that you are able to add addtional information like the different clubs and contact numbers. Just another tool for a perspective buyer to use for researching the neighborhood/community. Having the floor plan and other applicable links posted is also an excellent idea.

What I see missing is the ability to compare to other listings that you get on the dsSearch agent. Also did not see the list price anywhere on the site.

Can you get this link onto the dsSearch agent to draw prospective buyers to this page to gain viewership?
