The routine had been pretty simple over the past year … if you registered for the home search on my website, I would subscribe you to my monthly (more or less) newsletter updating the Phoenix real estate market.
Except, given the number of visitors and registrations here every month, the newsletter was becoming a bit too cumbersome.
Which is why, as members of this website will see in their Inbox over the next day or two, I’m moving to an opt-in format. New registrations either will receive one edition with a note explaining they can opt-in to continue or I’ll add a checkbox at registration; I’m not sure what set up I like better, to be honest.
For everyone else, it’s simple – respond and I’ll keep you on the list, don’t respond and I’ll take you back off. No sense sending information out to those who might not really be interested in what’s happening here.
I’ve centered my business on trying to be as sensitive as possible to you, the consumer, while also fueling the business. As 2010 approaches, this is just one more way to get things back in the balance I want.
