All of the listings you see on my various websites are not my own. They come through an IDX feed from the Arizona Regional MLS as repackaged by a company based out of Tucson.
Through this company I’m able to provide a number of filtered searches for the websites. For instance, my Westbrook Village Real Estate site is about the only place to find a comprehensive list of homes for sale in Westbrook Village without having to register. I’m mulling splitting this up into separate searches for casitas and detached homes but that’s in the future.
I recently added a filter that shows only homes that have come to the market in Westbrook Village within the last seven days. It’s already become the second-most popular page on the site. And I know we’re the only ones with that capability.
A filtered search dedicated to bank-owned or REO properties also would be extremely popular but it’s not an option being provided by my IDX repackager. So I can’t simply create one and post it somewhere.
But I can create the search and e-mail it to whomever may be interested. All I need to know is the city/subdivision/area you may be looking in and you’ll have access to your own personal web page with the latest listings. I even can merge it with the filter for days on market so you only see the newest listings.
That will have to do until the IDX folks catch up to what I really want to do here.
