    I know this is long but there are many words to describe our experience….

    My husband Mike and I wanted to share our experience with future homeowners working with the Jay Thompson Agency.  We have worked with Realtors over the years and have never had the “real” heart felt, caring and professionalism we experienced with Jonathan Dalton.  Purchasing a home long distance was difficult enough, but Jonathan ensured the process ran smooth from the initial offer, inspections, multiple daily follow-ups, and closing without a worry to my husband and I. 
     
    What really impressed us was when we were at the 40 day mark of the closing process prior to a three day weekend.  Our Lender was basically a flake that needed constant follow-up and nudging.  We all know what happens when a long weekend is approaching.  Everyone takes off early, which is understandable.  Mike and I had also made plans for the three day weekend as well, which included moving into our home and settling into the Phoenix area.  Not anyone, but Jonathan seemed to care.  A home closing and “recording” in the same day, especially on a Friday is next to impossible in most cases, but Jonathan stayed on the phone and in contact with our Lender and Escrow throughout the day and night aggressively pushing to “make it happen”.  Sure enough, come 4:00 that Friday evening, Mike and I had received the “call” from Jonathan stating our home had recorded and we were “officially” proud Phoenix homeowners.  We were able to officially move in and start pulling weeds…
     
    Not only was Jonathan professional and caring during the “process”, we consider him a lifelong friend whom we will do business many years to come, and brag to our friends that the Jay Thompson Agency not only gave us the same tools Realtors use to find a home, but they introduced us to a wonderful person in Jonathan Dalton.

    My wife and I arranged to meet Jonathan at his office when we came down for a holiday from Canada. Jonathan showed us a few homes, including the one that we bought but then had some health issues so had to go to the hospital. Jonathan continued to help us purchase the house we wanted from his hospital bed and had an associate finalize the deal.

    Kudos to Jonathan who arranged for us to visit 6 + homes in Westbrook Village last June FROM HIS HOSPITAL BED.  It was such a painless experience from over a thousand miles away.
     We just gave him our priorities; he gave us all pertinent info promptly on homes most closely tailored to our requests.  He then arranged for an associate to show us the homes.

    Once our minds were set on our new home, we met with Jonathan to make the initial offer.  When the deal was sealed, all paperwork was mailed and/or emailed to us. 
    So easy!

    Mission accomplished!  A painless transaction, a very nice second home in Peoria, AZ and two content folks thanks to Jonathan.  We would highly recommend Jonathan to any prospective buyer or seller.
