Look, marketing a home isn’t rocket science. Get some professional photographs. Stop talking about the bare details of a property and describe what it will be like when the buyers live there. Having 3 bedrooms isn’t nearly as interesting as setting the scene of relaxing on the extended patio overlooking the cool, tropically-landscaped yard.

Oh … and having someone look at the listing helps, too. Three hundred views in two weeks may seem like a lot but when you consider a listing in the MLS can be seen not only by thousands of agents but their buyers and prospective buyers viewing homes on their websites as well …

Saving money can cost a lot. There’s a much better way.
