Maracay Homes is getting ready for its grand opening at Enclave at the Meadows, a new home community in north Peoria, on September 9.
With 126 homesites, the Enclave will encompass about one-quarter of the Meadows development near 91st Avenue south of Pinnacle Peak. For those who have looked and grown tired of seeing the 4,000- to 5,000-square-foot lots that became a hallmark of the Phoenix area in the late 1990s into the 2000s, this could be the solution. According to Maracay, the average lot size for these sites is 8,125 square feet and have room for a side gate, though the HOA rules likely will prevent the larger toys from being parked in the back yard.
Among the included features are granite kitchen counters, a smooth-top stove, expanded cabinetry, three-car garages and eight-foot interior doors. Square footage at the Enclave at the Meadows obviously depends on the floor plan but ranges from more than 2,400 square feet to just under 5,000 square feet. And I probably don’t need to tell you that in 2017, the homes are going to be built energy-efficient.
The usual new build disclaimer for the Enclave or any new-build communities – DO NOT visit the models without your own REALTOR on the first visit. Once you’ve walked in the front door, you are agreeing to work with the builders’ community agents who, at all times, represent the builder and not you. The builders’ agents owe you honesty and fair dealings, but ultimately their fiduciary responsibility is to the builder and they always will be having the builders’ best interest in mind.
Fortunately, having your representation is both simple and costs you nothing out of pocket. Simply call us at 602-502-9693 or use the contact form and we’ll get a time scheduled convenient to you to visit the models. You won’t need us with you every trip but the first trip is the must.
