Not truly our second birthday as the beginnings for All Phoenix Real Estate began back on RealTown blogs in July of 2006, but nevertheless we’re two years out from the launch of this site.
Over the past two years there have been at least four major redesigns (this last one will be the last for a while), a name change from the Dalton’s Arizona Homes’ Blog to the more Google-friendly All Phoenix Real Estate, more than 1,300 posts – an average of just under two a day, thousands of visitors and some decent tunes.
It was in these pages that the opportunity for Canadians to purchase Arizona real estate became apparent to a wider audience. Over the past couple of years we’ve talked about Zillow and Redfin and housted with some who really weren’t worth the pixels.
Countless friendships have emerged and more are sure to follow.
I’ve not always been right – none of us always can be so, no matter how deluded we may be – but I’ve been correct more often than not. Which puts me with most everyone, I tend to think.
Writing for an essentially anonymous audience is an interesting task. I try and guess at what might be of interest to others but just as often fall back to what I find interesting, hoping others will come along for the ride.
And it’s been quite a ride, one I expect to continue for another several years.
Until next time …[tags]Phoenix real estate[/tags]
