Four More Years …

avatarthumbnail.jpgToday’s post will be rather brief as the day has been spent (and continues to be spent) completing the last of my continuing education classes required by the state of Arizona as part of my real estate licensing.

The theory behind completing 24 hours of continuing education every two years is that a licensed agent will spread these classes equally over the 24 months. Reality is such that I’ve been flying through classes like my hair is on fire to get everything done.

Perspectives change. When I renewed for the first time a couple of years back, I kept thinking to myself only a fool would wait until the last minute. Two years later, the idea of procrastination seems less foolish and more a function of reality … most time spent in this business goes toward the actual acquisition of business, not “discovering” that I can’t write ads discriminating based on race or national origin.

(Really? Yeah, no s***)

In any event, we’ll be back tomorrow after I’m caught up and duly licensed some 72 hours ahead of my current license expiring. This would be a good time for those who have had enough of me to pull out those voodoo dolls.
