Five more properties today and two of the three “active” finalists either already are under contract or have multiple contracts submitted above list price with no notation anywhere.
The latter, I can understand. But the former can be corrected with a simple change to the Arizona Regional MLS rules regarding what defines active.
Oh well … the REO agents are happy and busy and collecting offers without answering their telephones so what else really matters, right?
