We recently purchased a house in northern Phoenix and Jonathan was our realtor. After the closing, we had a serious mechanical problem with some of our pool equipment. We had a home protection policy that covered the pool but when we contacted the insurance company,they told us that this particular problem was not covered. We then contacted Jonathan who immediately called the home protection company, provided more information, and was successful in persuading the company to reverse its decision and to cover the malfunctioning equipment.
