While I wait for the Arizona Regional MLS to make available the ability to provide filtered searches for bank owned and REO properties in the Phoenix real estate market, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
Up at the top and to the left you’ll notice a new page – Bank Owned Homes. Over the next few hours I’ll be creating maps that shows all of the lender owned homes in different communities, as provided by ARMLS. All you’ll need to do is click on a marker for details on any given property.
Glendale is the first city available mostly because I wanted to see if there were any REOs in my own neighborhood. Amazingly enough, there are exactly zero.
I’ll be the first to admit the maps are a little clunky, but until an IDX solution comes available this is the best I’ve got. And it’s better than most, if I do say so myself.
Of course, if you’re looking for bank owned homes in a given area and want to skip the maps, call or e-mail me and I’ll get you access to a personalized web site of listings that match your criteria.
