Phoenix Real Estate Inventory as of July 9

avatar.jpgHere’s this week’s Phoenix Real Estate Market Inventory update …

Net properties rose by just under 300 homes while sales declined once again during this past 30-day rolling period, falling close to the 3,700 mark. To call this a slow period would be an understatement, as we’re near winter holiday sales levels.

Tempe remains the Phoenix area’s lone sellers’ market, though the absorption rate in that city – and every other city I track – rose last week.
