Small changes only in the Phoenix real estate inventory numbers this week …
Inventory of single-family detached homes in Maricopa County excluding auction properties sits at 36,206, a decrease of 600 from a week ago. Closed sales over the preceding 30 days were off slightly to 34.27 for an absorption rate of 10.56 months, slightly higher than last week’s report.
In the bank-owned arena, inventory dropped by 17 homes and sales dropped by 30 for an almost-unchanged absorption rate of 4.50 months.
