Quick Tips for First Time Home Buyers

We’re playing with video today. If this turns out to be about the dorkiest thing I’ve ever done, by all means blame Dean Ouellette for the idea since he’s the one who put the bug in my head at last week’s Arizona State football game.

Assuming you’re not laughing or crying at the end of this, your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Incidentally, this also is available on YouTube through my account there – TobeysDad. Keeping it real for the pup, don’t you know.

Love it, short and sweet… look forward to more!

Good that Dean pushed you into it, and there is always a first for everything. Talking about real estate on camera can be pretty dry so I try and jazz it up… here are some ideas.

I suggest going into your YouTube account and do a little editing using their tools. You can add “annotations” right on your video to give the viewer some extra information like who you are, where you are, and how to contact you. I also will emphasize points that I think are important. My stuff isn’t great but I want the viewer to stay engaged to my ramblings!

I added a Video Blog link on my blog, but also include most of my videos in standard posts. Keep up the good work as I have read your posts for a long time.
