That has been the general theme for the past year or so here around All Phoenix Real Estate.com headquarters … or at least in the rooms of my house that’s don’t constitute the real headquarters for the dynastic monolith that is All Phoenix Real Estate.
Big bulky furniture has given way to simpler designs, carpeting for tile, complex electronic arrangements for the more basic, landscaping designed to bring ease to the mind more than concern for the constant upkeep needed to maintain it.
Where simplicity hasn’t necessarily come is to this website itself, with the multiple options off each category in the menu and property searches divided 17 different ways … want a HUD home, click here, a short sale try this link, waterfront property over here …
It was too much.
And now it’s not. If you cruise through the menu, you’ll notice the sub-menus are gone. From what I can see through Google’s tools, you probably weren’t clicking on them anyway.
Want to search for homes in the Phoenix real estate market? Yeah, there’s one link for that and it says Home Search.
Want to bookmark the mobile site? Click on Mobile.
All has become as simple as a zen garden. These days, we can use a little bit of simplicity.
