For the first time since 1998, it is snowing in the Northwest Valley. Technically, it’s sleet … a few snowflakes mixed with rain and not nearly enough to accumulate … but we’ll take claim to whatever weather oddity we can.
And the best news … my son’s soccer team isn’t playing (unlike yesterday morning’s 8 a.m. start in Tempe in 42 degree weather with light rain.)
