What $330K Will Get You in a Scottsdale Loft

Yesterday I finally had the opportunity to tour my office’s listing at the Optima Camelback complex. Like many of the loft-style properties in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Optima Camelback was a victim of timing … upscale properties coming on the market at the very moment that the market was tumbling.

This particular unit is lender owned; the previous owner, I presume, took the stainless steel fridge along with the stacked washer/dryer with them; outside of that, the property’s in good shape for an REO. As you might expect for a loft priced almost six figures below similar sized properties in the same complex, you’re getting an interior view – your neighbors across the way and walkways below.

Move up in price, changing the 3 to a 4 or 5, and the view gets a little better.

Still, this is a loft in the heart of Scottsdale’s shopping district … a quick jaunt to Scottsdale Fashion Square as well as other shops along Scottsdale Road.

For more details, you know where to find me.
