Where to Live in Tempe to Watch Will Sutton and ASU

Will Sutton - Arizona State UniversitySurprising news came to the Arizona State football program when the incomparable Will Sutton, one of the nation’s top defensive linemen, announced he would be returning to Tempe for his senior season.

Though he missed nearly two full games to injury, there seemed to be virtually no chance of Sutton coming back to Tempe despite the “one more year” chants that rang from the stands at Pac Bell Park in San Francisco during the Sun Devils’ romp in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl against the Naval Academy.

Whether you’re an ASU alum looking to return to Tempe yourself or even a non-football fan (shudder the thought) who’s looking for a place in the sun, Tempe offers a variety of real estate options.

In the mood for something just a touch upscale? The Lofts at Orchidhouse, just down the block from Sun Devil Stadium and the Arizona State campus, aren’t a bad option …

Or maybe you’d prefer a low-maintenance lifestyle or real estate investment in an area that feels like the old neighborhood back east …

And, of course, there’s your usual single-family detached options throughout Tempe …
